Role Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Analyst, you will support various departmental initiatives through detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple areas such as policy, budgeting, and program evaluation. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting research to formulate effective recommendations and identifying issues using appropriate analytical tools.
  • Preparing and presenting well-organized reports based on your findings.

Key Areas of Focus:

Policy Analysis: Evaluate performance data to identify operational challenges and develop policy recommendations.

Budget Analysis: Create budget proposals, track revenues and expenditures, and present findings to stakeholders.

Contract Management: Assist in managing contract processes and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.

Data Analysis: Utilize analytical programs to conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights for programmatic decisions.

Finance Analysis: Support fiscal accounting and budget reporting, and analyze the financial condition of departments.

Grants Management: Assist in the analytical work related to grants, including compliance and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

Education: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: At least one year of full-time equivalent experience in professional-level analytical work related to budgets, contracts, or policy.

Substitution: A graduate degree in relevant fields may substitute for the required experience.

Selection Process:

Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications will be invited to participate in an online examination designed to assess knowledge and skills relevant to the Administrative Analyst role.
