Job Title: Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at Crystal Equation Corporation. As a Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Governance & Enablement team by providing administrative and project support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Governance & Enablement team with administrative tasks, including creation of PowerPoint presentations, data gathering, and documentation updates.
  • Coordinate between the Governance & Enablement team and various stakeholders across the Federal Reserve System and NIS product teams.
  • Effectively communicate and report information between NIS leadership and product teams.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of communications and manage competing demands.
  • Coordinate special projects in support of National Integration Services and its stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present clear and graphically sound project materials related to group projects and programs.
  • Compose and edit correspondence with high standards for grammar, spelling, and document formatting while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Manage calendars and scheduling for leaders, including calendar maintenance, appointment requests, meeting materials, and expense monitoring.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, working with Event Management staff, Facilities, and Police Services as necessary, and ensuring expenses comply with Bank policies.
Requirements:
  • Requires five or more years of relevant experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows, Visio, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools.
  • Analytical proficiency and ability to translate findings using visual elements.
  • Confirmed ability to multi-task with a heightened attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and master multiple business-specific applications and understand information security policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated good judgment to seek help from manager or escalate issues appropriately.
  • Consistently focus on providing high-level service and collaboration with the team while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Analytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to create various documentation, diagrams, and timelines.
  • Ability to document procedures, keep them current, and seek team input to improve upon them.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts.
  • Must possess solid business acumen.
