Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Manager of Marketing Technology will play a crucial role in defining, managing, and executing our marketing technology vision. This encompasses overseeing MarTech product and program management, along with the planning, execution, and oversight of marketing technology projects in alignment with our strategic marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Formulate and implement the comprehensive marketing technology strategy in line with our marketing objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and expand a team responsible for the planning, selection, implementation, integration, deployment, and management of marketing technology platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Manage the product roadmap, detailing the complete scope of requirements necessary to deliver comprehensive marketing technology products and solutions.
  • Business Justification: Oversee the business rationale for marketing technology initiatives, evaluate their impact on business outcomes and ROI, and align resources with organizational priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, growth, product, web, analytics, IT, and finance, to ensure strategic alignment and integration of marketing technology.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of the marketing technology budget, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing technology investments.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing technology-related issues, providing insights and recommendations to foster business growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in MarTech, web, engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven thought leader with a strong perspective on marketing technology and industry trends.
  • Experience managing complex MarTech ecosystems for large organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams.
  • Proficient in navigating cross-functional environments.
  • Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to MarTech.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
