The Site Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing field activities in designated project areas. This role ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, profitably, and ethically, adhering to contractual agreements, design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. The manager will directly supervise field personnel and Assistant Managers.

Site Operations Manager Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Safety and Quality Assurance Cultural Advocate
  • 8+ years of demonstrated construction expertise
  • 5+ years of effectively managing subcontractor operations
  • 3+ years of experience in developing a master schedule in collaboration with a scheduler and overseeing the schedule throughout the construction phase
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning and logistics management
  • 2+ years of experience in interpreting and understanding plans, specifications, and subcontractor agreements
  • 2+ years of experience in mentoring and supervising other managers

Annual Salary Ranges: 135,250 to 180,000
