OVERVIEW:
FootBridge specializes in overseeing construction management tasks with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and energy storage initiatives.
We seek individuals who are polished and possess exceptional communication abilities.

Strong organizational skills, effective communication, multitasking capabilities, and the ability to engage with senior management in a professional manner are essential.

* RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee subcontractor activities across various bid packages in collaboration with client representatives.
2. Conduct daily quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
3. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and other team members to resolve daily challenges.
4. Interpret and analyze project plans, specifications, and updates.
5. Develop, prepare, and manage project timelines, including weekly forecasts for subcontractors.
6. Attend all relevant project meetings.
7. Exhibit a strong work ethic to facilitate effective verbal and written communication.
8. Identify and request all long lead items pertinent to the project.
9. Coordinate and implement all client-driven requests and requirements.
10. Manage multiple subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
11. Ensure subcontractor compliance with all safety protocols specific to the project.
12. Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking to address issues.
13. Proficiency in computer applications is mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ideal experience ranges from 3 to 5 years.
2. Candidates should be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
3. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
4. Previous experience as a Site Operations Manager is essential.
5. Experience in lighting retrofitting is advantageous.
6. A background in electrical work is preferred.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are necessary.
