  • Subcontractor Management: Aid in securing qualified subcontractors for various project needs.
  • Permitting: Expedite the procurement of necessary permits and liaise with relevant state and city agencies.
  • Safety Training: Ensure that appropriate safety training is conducted for all personnel on site.
  • Site Meetings: Participate in weekly site meetings and walkthroughs to monitor progress.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients, owners' representatives, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Progress Evaluation: Assess project progress and prepare comprehensive reports.
Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Experience in commercial construction is preferred, particularly in municipal, healthcare, or government projects.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
