Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide day-to-day leadership and management of single customer account(s) assigned, ensuring quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements.
- Operations Management: Manage, direct, inspect, train, coach, mentor, and lead security personnel assigned to the facility/building, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Staff Performance Management: Monitor and develop staff performance, including supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, training, scheduling, callouts, and assigning work.
- Emergency Response: Provide immediate response to emergencies and issues that arise, following and coordinating established emergency response, action planning, and procedures.
- Business Continuity: Oversee the Business Continuity Program, working in collaboration with all teams to ensure support of business continuity requirements for the company and customer account(s).
- Compliance and Regulatory Matters: Manage compliance and regulatory matters, including initiating preliminary investigations into incidents and preparing reports as required.
- Education and Experience: State or municipality mandated security officer licenses, advanced education degree, criminal justice degree or law enforcement related degree, 3-5 years civilian law enforcement, or private or corporate security experience or military experience with a favorable discharge.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and problem solve, good computer skills including Microsoft Office, extensive knowledge of access control and CCTV systems, and additional knowledge within a computerized scheduling operating system.
Harvard Protection Services, LLC. offers a competitive salary structure of $60k-$70k with health & welfare, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and 401K Savings Plan. The position is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.
