At CloudRay, Inc, we're seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team in Industrial(Manufacturing/Construction) Staffing. With over 25 years of expertise in IT Consulting, IT Staffing, and Industrial Staffing solutions, we're a pioneer in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in need of industrial staffing solutions.
  • Source and identify potential labor candidates through various channels, including online job boards, local networks, and community organizations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their unique staffing needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone interviews, to evaluate qualifications, experience, and readiness for the roles.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific labor staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and availability.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies, including labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring a high level of data integrity.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, wage rates, and industry dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in high-volume labor recruitment, including staffing for both seasonal and long-term positions in temporary facilities.
  • Sales and scheduling experience is required.
  • Knowledge of labor recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
