Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
