Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts validation and verification of sales data.*
  • Reviews field assessment documents completed by Residential/Agricultural Data Collectors for thoroughness and precision. Updates records as necessary and performs data collection tasks as needed.*
  • Assesses established CALP models relevant to neighborhood contexts and provides recommendations for modifications to senior analysts. Recognizes the significance of land characteristics in value determination and applies parcel-level adjustments as necessary.*
  • Identifies building and economic factors that affect cost and market valuation. Ensures consistent application of quality grades and CDU that accurately reflect value based on sales analysis. Utilizes appropriate pricing schedules to determine values for individual residential and agricultural properties.*
  • Assists in addressing taxpayer inquiries and supports valuation decisions during informal hearings with property owners.*
  • Represents Tyler Technologies and its clients professionally to property owners and the public, addressing questions and concerns with courtesy.*
  • Operates a vehicle to various property locations, performing reviews as required.*
  • Provides training to Residential/Agricultural Data Collectors as needed.*
  • Generates and updates administrative reports while maintaining personal production records as required.*
