Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Executive Assistant to join our team at the Kelly Wirt Realty Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our principal broker, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between the broker and clients, providing exceptional communication and customer service
  • Screen and compile information from various sources, reporting to the executive and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Oversee the broker's schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Support the real estate office, executives, sales team, and other team members as needed, providing administrative assistance and expertise
  • Prepare listing and buyer presentations in support of the team, showcasing properties and services
  • Communicate with clients and team members on a high level, ensuring clear and concise information exchange
  • Coordinate local community events, fostering connections with the community and promoting the team's presence
  • Develop and implement mailings to clients and other agents, showcasing the team's expertise and services
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across all platforms, highlighting the team's achievements and services
  • Manage filing and systematizing records, and the ordering and tracking of supplies to support the office
  • Streamline database management for client data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks for the broker, ensuring timely and accurate financial management
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role or similar
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work full-time in the office, located within a 30-mile radius of Burlington, NC
  • Real estate admin experience is a definite plus, with familiarity with web-based databases and social media platforms
  • Ability to complete research for properties and client events, handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to follow up and follow through
  • Motivated by a desire to contribute to the success of a team and the belief that there is always a way
  • Positive attitude and friendly disposition, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
