About the Role

Cortica is seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Assessment and Treatment plans in accordance with Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines.
  • Provide direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring high-quality care and meeting productivity expectations.
  • Conduct monthly supervision sessions with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCATs), completing necessary paperwork and providing individualized guidance.
  • Monitor and analyze client data to inform progress report writing and program updates.
  • Collaborate with the ABA Site Manager to optimize supervision and parent training hours, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in insurance authorization reviews and contribute to department meetings, driving clinical excellence and team growth.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Human Services or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Proven experience in ABA practices, working with children diagnosed with Autism.
  • Fieldwork experience in home-based settings and collaboration with cross-disciplinary agencies.
  • Proficiency in software and systems, including electronic medical records and Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

The base pay range for this position is $52.44 to $65.56 per hour, with compensation adjusted based on your skills, experience, and location.
