Job Overview

Days Inn Inner Harbor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's operations and policies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with sales and marketing software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience required
