Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing

Days Inn Inner Harbor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Director of Sales to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's operations and policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Experience with sales and marketing software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel sales experience required
