About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Retail Specialist to represent our luxury wine and spirits client in the field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing plan-o-grams, new item placement, stock rotation, and building displays to ensure optimal product visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our client and their products in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain rack integrity and presentation to meet client standards
  • Cover assigned territory regularly, which may involve a 2-hour driving radius
  • Conduct controlled surveys and report trends and market conditions to the client team
  • Gain prominent floor space and maintain displays to client standards
  • Ensure retailers display prices clearly for all brands
  • Execute trainings for employees of retailers
  • Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve merchandising excellence
  • Work with web-based applications to prepare and manage documentation related to project work
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of retail and/or merchandiser experience with a background in sales/marketing and adult beverage industry (ideal, but not necessary)
  • Positive, go-getter attitude and strong work ethic
  • Territory management and retail training experience
  • Able to lift and carry individual cases of product, shelving, or displays of up to 75 pounds
  • Reliable vehicle for transporting daily POS materials and larger displays
  • Experience using mobile apps in real-time to report field activity
  • Attention to detail when capturing photography and reporting
