Commercial Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Consultant to join our team at Guardian Alarm Company of Michigan. As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling alarm systems and other surveillance equipment to businesses and commercial entities to monitor security at a commercial level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities and create goodwill with potential clients
- Design and implement protective systems in accordance with the needs of prospects
- Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to prospects
- Negotiate contract terms and clauses and prepare final contracts for signature
- Manage all leads in the database and coordinate sales activities with operations supervisors
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with an attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient with CRM software
Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times. Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required daily.
