The Role

The Sales Manager will serve as the commercial account owner for all electronics products with Ford Motor Company in North America. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an account strategy to meet internal financial commitments and secure new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborating with other regional Ford commercial leaders to ensure a consistent global approach.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customer purchasing and engineering leaders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field.
  • At least 12 years of commercial experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of cost drivers, financial business case analysis, and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet financial targets in a time-sensitive manner.
