Position Summary: The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting residential lawn care services to both new and existing clients in a telemarketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote tailored residential lawn care services, including weed control, fertilization, and insect management, to meet weekly sales targets.
  2. Enhance sales revenue through cross-selling and upselling to current clients.
  3. Compile lists of potential clients from various sources, including direct marketing and community engagement.
  4. Develop effective sales pitches to cultivate customer relationships and address inquiries to mitigate objections.
  5. Engage with potential clients to communicate the benefits and value of our services.
  6. Provide price quotes, negotiate terms, and finalize sales while collecting customer information.
  7. Estimate service dates based on branch production and scheduling knowledge.
  8. Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.
  9. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post-service.

  • Aptitude for identifying and assessing sales opportunities.

  • Mathematical skills for calculating discounts and commissions.
  • Willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Effective time management skills.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands of this role include the ability to sit, stand, and walk, as well as the use of hands and arms for handling and reaching. The work environment is typically low to moderate noise levels.
