Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be motivated and customer-focused with excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively promote our products and services over the phone. As a telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, securing appointments, and directly selling products or services to potential and existing customers. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Follow a sales script to effectively convey information and engage with customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide relevant information about the products or services.
- Generate sales leads and close sales by persuading customers to make a purchase.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations for field representatives when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers to provide additional information and nurture leads.
- Handle customer objections and concerns professionally and tactfully.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Comply with all telemarketing laws and regulations, such as do-not-call lists and privacy policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Preferred Requirements:
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Patience, persistence, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation range: $23 - $25
