Administrative Coordinator

We're a dynamic branding company that crafts unique stories for our clients. Our team is passionate about storytelling, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm to join us as an Office Clerk.
As an Office Clerk, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team by handling a variety of administrative tasks. This includes filing, photocopying, organizing documents, answering phone calls, and managing records. You'll also be responsible for updating databases, sorting and distributing mail, preparing outgoing correspondence, and monitoring office supplies.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, professional development opportunities, and a flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Manage and update records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with data entry and maintain databases
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, and manage package deliveries
• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities required
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy required
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required
