**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a Title and Registration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling beginner information regarding motor vehicle title and registration processes. You will maintain accurate documents, scan and quality-check titles, and ensure compliance with state regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles.
- Preparing and verifying necessary paperwork for submission to county tax offices.
- Ensuring daily scanning and quality control of processed title and registration transactions.
- Resolving customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Practicing teamwork at all times.
**Requirements**
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (required).
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, organize work, and perform under pressure.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year
