Position Summary

As the Regional Operations Director, you will be instrumental in setting objectives for your region and ensuring that unit directors align with corporate, regional, and financial targets. Your role encompasses the overall management, growth, and profitability of the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee operations of assigned accounts to support Key Performance Indicators.
  • Establish a unified direction for the team, clarifying priorities and strategies.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize income from existing accounts.
  • Support the creation and execution of clinical and patient service programs that fulfill client needs and regulatory requirements while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Engage in the sales process to secure new business opportunities.
  • Review financial reports to ensure compliance with regional and corporate budgetary goals.
  • Foster and develop an effective management and clinical team to meet regional and corporate objectives.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement with existing clients.
  • Address escalated client, patient, and employee-related concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with legal and human resources to establish procedures for various customer and employee-related issues.
  • Conduct annual and semi-annual performance evaluations.
  • Timely completion of all required reports as per corporate policies.
  • Exhibit ownership attributes that ensure high levels of customer service at all interaction points.
  • Participate in Patient Visitation rounds with the account management team during site visits, ensuring adherence to Company Patient Visitation policies.
  • Train and develop management personnel to promote high morale and efficient use of human resources.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team of six or more managerial-level team members.
  • At least two years of experience in multi-unit foodservice management.
  • Experience managing multi-unit foodservice operations with a combined volume of $3 million or more.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L driven environment.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
