About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Service Utility. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping equipment and utensils clean and orderly.
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
  • Remove trash and place it into designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up.
  • Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
  • Comply with outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
