**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for marketing our apparel lines to new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and generating leads through strategic prospecting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for growth and generate leads through strategic prospecting
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Meet sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Stay current with industry trends and product developments
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network
  • Ensure client satisfaction by following up regularly and fixing any issues raised

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in CRM software such as Pipedrive
  • Ability to work on different projects simultaneously
  • Ability to meet customers and prospects on-site when needed
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
