Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at S&S Painting & Restoration. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospective clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
  • Market and Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends to educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.
  • Closing Deals: Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects.
  • Qualifying Prospects: Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.
  • Exceeding Sales Goals: Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record in sales.
  • Outside Sales Experience: At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Education and Industry Knowledge: High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred.
  • Customer Service Focus: Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals.
