We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team, comprised of industry experts with backgrounds from leading tech companies. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our services to a wider audience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client onboarding processes from initiation to launch, ensuring comprehensive requirements gathering, implementation discussions, User Acceptance Testing, and issue tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to assist in securing new clients.
  • Manage client relationships, including formal updates on product developments and strategic roadmaps.
  • Examine client data to propose and advocate for new features and improvements.
  • Keep detailed records of all client interactions and transactions, addressing and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles within a growing organization.
  • Strong grasp of SaaS business frameworks and large-scale software deployment.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Technical knowledge of fintech solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with agile development and design teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a product or client-facing position within a fintech or financial services organization.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as SQL.
  • Experience with project management software, customer success platforms, and CRM systems.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
