Job Overview

Bruker, a global leader in analytical instrumentation, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Supply Chain and Inventory Management Specialist. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory processes and logistics operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and establishing effective inventory management procedures.
  • Conducting audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
  • Creating and analyzing reports utilizing SAP and Excel to support decision-making.
  • Maintaining precise inventory levels for production, sales, and service needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to implement and enhance existing processes.
  • Managing end-of-life inventory to ensure timely disposal of obsolete materials.
  • Coordinating cycle counts and material accountability initiatives.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements.
  • Assisting in forecasting and analyzing inventory movement patterns.
  • Supporting logistics functions, including the preparation and shipment of products.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.


Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in inventory analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for global travel.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status is required.
