Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing small teams of business development staff, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small teams of business development staff, providing training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and coordinate the development of new business opportunities, including partnerships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of key business partnerships within your assigned territory, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years previous healthcare sales management experience required.
  • 3+ years previous direct sales experience in the healthcare service industry required.
  • A proven track record of being a top performer.
