About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our Salesforce team. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Account Executives selling the entire Salesforce Customer Success Platform across multiple verticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience developing high-performing teams and driving business growth. You'll formulate and implement a strategy to increase business revenue, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services & HR teams.

Your Impact:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve their best performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience developing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople.
  • Strong background in sales, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales objectives.
