We are seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with Sales, Practice, and Delivery teams to develop competitive proposal responses.
  • Analyze the latest trends in IT and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales team and support to develop a Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Engage with Product Engineering teams to prepare Industry solutions and demos.
  • Build and conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, and due diligence studies with customers.
  • Manage solution development and implementation.
  • Build relationships with strategic advisors and analysts focusing on RCPG vertical solutions.
  • Build partnerships with strategic advisors and product companies to devise a strategy to penetrate new accounts.
  • Lead RFP/RFIs, financial modeling, solution defense presentations to client senior management/CXO layer.
  • Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business goals and solution objectives.
  • Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, and analyst briefings.

Requirements:


· Minimum 10+ years of ISV/Hitech/Semicon experience in Business or Domain consulting/Enterprise or Digital Solutions.


· Deep experience in designing and architecting solutions across RCPG domain, applications, and technologies.


· Expertise in engaging diverse audiences from middle to senior management/CXO layer.


· Ability to create value propositions and build business cases.


· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams.


· Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field with an MBA or Master's in a technical area being highly desirable or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
