SpeedWave, a rapidly expanding Fiber Internet Brokerage, is in search of an enthusiastic and driven Sales Team Leader to guide a vibrant outbound sales force. We seek individuals who are ambitious, results-focused, and eager to surpass their limits while assisting others in achieving success.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively generate leads through door-to-door outreach, engaging potential clients in residential neighborhoods to promote high-speed internet solutions.
- Sales Demonstration: Clearly articulate the features and advantages of our internet service offerings, addressing client needs and concerns while presenting the service as an ideal solution.
- Target Fulfillment: Regularly meet or exceed personal sales objectives by converting leads into clients and maintaining a high closing ratio.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with prospective clients, building trust and confidence in our services.
- Product Expertise: Keep a comprehensive understanding of our internet services, packages, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to prospects.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate and monitor local market dynamics to identify potential sales opportunities and competitive trends.
- Documentation & Reporting: Diligently track and document all sales activities, including client information, feedback, and sales performance, using CRM software or sales logs.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with interested leads, facilitating a smooth transition from prospecting to closing the sale.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: No cap on earnings. Top performers can achieve top 1% income levels in the U.S.

Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

- Average Year 1 Income: $125K+
