Role Summary: LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to provide essential support on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will assist the VP with a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. This position demands a high degree of confidentiality and exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize the VP's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Act as the liaison between executives and employees, clients, and other external parties.
- Draft and refine correspondence, presentations, and various documents.
- Document, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Manage incoming communications, ensuring timely responses and distribution.
- Maintain a range of confidential records, including financial documentation.
- Collaborate with internal personnel across all levels.
- Engage with external clients as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an executive assistant or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Compensation Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
