Talent Development Manager

The Talent Development Manager role at IMS Nanofabrication is a critical position that plays a key part in the company's growth and success. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs that support the organization's strategic goals and workforce plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Create and execute various programs designed to help employees develop and enhance their skills in ways that are beneficial to both the Company and the Customer.
- Identify Training Needs and Gaps: Conduct surveys, analyze performance data, and deliver cost-benefit analyses to determine training needs across departments.
- Create Succession Plans: Identify potential successors, develop their skills, and create a clear path for them to move up the ladder.
- Evaluate Effectiveness of Training Programs: Review feedback from employees and leaders, track metrics, and use data to measure the ROI of training programs.
- Collaborate with Other Departments and Entities: Work closely with other departments, regions, and external stakeholders to identify needs, set goals, and achieve them.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in roles where talent or knowledge have been developed or expanded.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and team-building skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, analytical and data-driven mindset, and ability to manage competing demands.
