Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the water and wastewater treatment market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the municipal sector.

About the Role:

  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the water and wastewater treatment market
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, industrial clients, engineering firms and other relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals
  • Monitor and analyze sales funnel data using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, opportunities and challenges

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, specializing in engineering, business management, finance or equivalent
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager with a strong understanding of water and wastewater technology in the municipal industry
