Job DescriptionThe District Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the southeastern United States. This individual contributor position involves managing a defined territory, developing strategic relationships with hospital personnel and distribution partners, and selling our comprehensive range of vascular access products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm on-site sales appointments to present and sell new and existing products to key decision-makers.
- Follow up initial sales presentations via telephone and letters to generate orders.
- Supply hospitals, physicians, and clinical staff with current product information, catalogues, and samples.
- Partner with distributor representatives to generate opportunities and drive sales.
- C coordinate efforts between Brand Managers or Product Specialists and Strategic Accounts Representatives for projects within designated territory.
We offer a competitive market salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and a bonus structure. You will also have the opportunity to earn above-market commissions and bonuses based on your performance.
