Telecom Sales Manager

Momentum Telecom Inc is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in telecommunications sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and partners. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Momentum Hosted VoIP, High Capacity Data and Video to mid-size and large businesses through Momentum's Sales Model. This involves identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering high-quality sales presentations to meet or exceed departmental financial and unit targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing a territory, including creating account plans, market plans and direct product and service delivery initiatives within the portfolio of services.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Momentum solutions and services.
* Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
* Sell with a goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets.
* Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Momentum's services in the marketplace.
Requirements:
* B.A. or B.S. Degree preferably in Business or Sales and Marketing, or the equivalent in work experience.
* Proven track record of sales, including five or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience.
* Proven track record of success in telecommunications sales preferred.
Working Conditions:
* 60%+ out of the office meeting with customers;
* Must have a car and valid driving license;
* Must be willing to travel on a routine basis via various modes of transportation (car, airplane, etc.).
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
