About the Position
This position is fully remote and is based in the United States. We are looking for a high-energy individual to join a team of talented and creative sales professionals focused on providing value-based software and analytics solutions to the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to execute a hunter-based territory plan that leverages self-directed efforts and relationships, as well as efforts from the GDS Link Marketing team.

Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute to a sales plan that will drive new clients and business to GDS that consistently meets or exceeds individual targets
Develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, trade shows, discovery, and individual research
Manage value proposition delivery, ROI development, proposals, and the negotiation process
Collaborate with Marketing and Lead Development teams on campaigns, qualified leads, and leveraging content to reinforce solution value in the sales process
Maintain a robust pipeline according to prospect data according to best practices within the Salesforce (CRM)
Actively contribute and self-report in regular individual and team sales meetings

Requirements
Sales experience with credit risk management or underwriting loan origination process automation software strongly preferred
Experience utilizing technical and analytical skills to create, promote, and sell solutions to prospects that include financial analysis, ROI's, scoping documents, timelines, etc.
Expert negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, and regardless of advance planning
Must be a self-starter, entrepreneur who can manage time well and prioritize
History of successfully working with RFP's within the sales process

Qualifications
3+ Years of successful financial software related sales experience, including selling to new accounts with annual contract values of $25k+
Travel up to 25% for strategic industry events and prospect engagement
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, or related study strongly preferred)
