Job Title: Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in achieving this purpose by selling our industry-leading incident management software to new customers and expanding our existing physical security customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for incident management software
  • Utilize CRM to build and maintain a strategic account plan identifying key players for each assigned account
  • Deliver a business revenue forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Penetrate new accounts and develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist with the creation and execution of marketing plans, including marketing campaigns, tradeshow events, sales tools, and web resources
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS-based solutions
  • Strong operational and technical acumen, with the ability to speak to our products and solutions
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and company personnel
  • Mature judgment and individual initiative
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
