About the Role:

You will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction as a Senior Account Management Executive at Polly. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, drive engagement, and position the company as a trusted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key clients to drive engagement and position the company as a trusted partner.
  • Mentor and coach other Account Managers to uplevel their approach, mindset, skillset, and other areas to flourish and excel in their role.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by management.
  • Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes.
  • Manage input and feedback for all client-facing projects with detailed direction and timelines for top-tier accounts.
  • Creating long- and short-term implementation and project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Team-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management and 2 years of management experience.
  • Understanding of mortgage is strongly preferred.
  • Strong interest in learning about Fintech.
  • An eagerness, willingness, and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly's software offerings.
