Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Reeder General Contractors. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements that support corporate strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects to improve business processes, identify and implement best practices, and drive process standardization.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations team members.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain project dashboards, track progress against project goals, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
