Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management

    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and retention.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Quality Control

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
