Job Summary

The CERIS Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, including personnel management, quality control, and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage a team of employees in their day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Track and report department metrics to the Director of Operations, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Handle scheduling and attendance monitoring, ensuring regular and consistent attendance in the office.
  • Ensure timely distribution of claims to designated staff, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage human resources matters, including interviewing, hiring, training, and addressing personnel issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance policies and procedures.
  • May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings, representing the company and its interests.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of reports, invoices, logs, and expenses, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, with national certification or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of office experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production-based environment.
