Position Details

Role: Processor
Shift: Afternoon Shift - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Compensation: $19.22 per hour plus a $0.40 shift premium

Key Responsibilities
  • Setup and operation of industrial food processing machinery.
  • Adhere to specific recipes and operational procedures, while monitoring and adjusting processing parameters.
  • Conduct product quality assessments and gather relevant data.
  • Oversee fryer and oil temperatures to ensure consistency in product quality.
  • Regularly clean and change slicing heads to maintain slicing standards.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Mathematical Skills: Competence in basic math, conversions, and using formulas for production calculations.
  • Reasoning Ability: Capability to apply common sense understanding to execute written or verbal instructions.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for production management.
