Position Overview:


Are you enthusiastic about quality assurance and ready to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a skilled and committed Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.

This position requires a proactive individual capable of executing control plans, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma methodologies, Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen practices, and Root Cause Analysis.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the quality assurance team and manage the implementation of our quality management framework.


  • Design, implement, and uphold control plans to ensure all products comply with our stringent quality benchmarks.
  • Oversee APQP and PPAP processes, including process mapping, FMEA, control plans, and validation.
  • Drive Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing projects to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Facilitate Kaizen initiatives to promote a culture of ongoing improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and rectify the fundamental causes of defects or non-conformities.
  • Educate and guide team members on quality control and process enhancement techniques.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish to manage a diverse workforce and engage with international stakeholders.

Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you will need a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a strong commitment to quality.


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing control plans, APQP, PPAP, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels.
  • Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
