The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our vision by prospecting leads, selling, and providing guidance about the Janitorial Manager product needed by customers in target markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and locate new clients through networking and cold calls.
  • Apply knowledge of the field and product features to match products to client needs.
  • Answer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products using various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with other departments and staff to confirm order accuracy and efficiency.
  • Travel with the Janitorial Manager team to trade shows.
  • Cross-sell other SaaS products as appropriate.
  • Remain informed about competing SaaS products to overcome objections.
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers in CMS.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or working toward).
  • 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
