Front Office Coordinator

Patient Experience Management: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patients and visitors.
Document Management: Responsible for the organization and filing of essential paperwork.
Inventory Control: Manage the ordering and stock of office supplies efficiently.
Office Equipment Utilization: Operate printers and other office machinery as needed.
Communication Tasks: Handle scanning, faxing, and copying of documents.
Data Tracking: Maintain and update the Conversion Tracking Sheet (CTS) accurately.
Financial Transactions: Oversee Over The Counter (OTC) collections and maintain a daily collection log.
Electronic Medical Records: Utilize EMR systems (Practice Fusion) for patient information management.
Patient Information Processing: Collect and manage patient demographics effectively.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail appropriately.
New Patient Intake: Facilitate the completion of new patient intake forms.
