Financial Transactions: Oversee Over The Counter (OTC) collections and maintain a daily collection log.

Electronic Medical Records: Utilize EMR systems (Practice Fusion) for patient information management.

Patient Information Processing: Collect and manage patient demographics effectively.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.

Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail appropriately.

New Patient Intake: Facilitate the completion of new patient intake forms.

Position Overview: This role is crucial as it represents the first and last point of contact for patients visiting the clinic. The individual will act as the primary gatekeeper for all incoming patient and clinic communications. This position is characterized by a high volume of interactions.
