Patient Services Coordinator

Patient Experience Management: Ensure a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
Document Management: Responsible for the organization and filing of essential paperwork.
Inventory Control: Manage supply orders and maintain office inventory.
Office Equipment Usage: Proficient in operating printers and other office machinery.
Communication Tasks: Handle scanning, faxing, and copying of documents.
Data Tracking: Update and maintain the Conversion Tracking Sheet (CTS).
Financial Responsibilities: Manage Over The Counter (OTC) collections and maintain daily collection logs.
Electronic Medical Records: Utilize EMR systems, specifically Practice Fusion.
Patient Information Management: Collect and update patient demographics accurately.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail.
New Patient Onboarding: Assist with the completion of new patient intake forms.
