Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

At Benco Dental, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product and service offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Collaborate with regional teammates to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues.
  • Utilize technology and data tools for effective sales calls, opportunities, activity, presentations, publications, and efficient scheduling/follow-up.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips as well as limited overnight travel.
