Associate Territory Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet, a world leader in musculoskeletal health solutions, seeks a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed established sales quotas and objectives by advising customers on products, services, and educational programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and customer experience.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify customer needs and forecast volume potential.
- Present educational programs and events to customers to promote products and services.
- Utilize sales process to understand customer needs and provide effective treatment solutions.
- Facilitate order processing, returns, and follow-up as required.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and educational events to build relationships and promote products.
- Coordinate liaison activities between the sales department and other business partners.
- Assist other departments in preparing manuals and technical publications.
- Prepare strategic plans to forecast future sales volume and sales potential.
- Develop proposals and business plans for top customers.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, including compliance, safety, and travel and expense reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of selling experience in a large company environment with formalized Professional Selling Skills (PSS) training.
- Strong goal orientation, results-driven, highly competitive, and self-motivated with a demonstrated successful sales track record.
- Understanding of consultative sales process and experience with formalized sales training.
- Strong hunter mentality, ability to work evenings and weekends, and demonstrated integrity with high ethical standards.
- Ability to utilize a laptop computer with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Relationship builder, confident, and able to execute plans.
- Well-prepared, highly accountable, well-organized with excellent planning skills, and strong business acumen.
- Ability to develop strategic plans, flexible, and demonstrated efficient use of resources.
Requires daily local travel and some longer distance/overnight travel for trade shows and business meetings.
