Job Summary
Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working independently and building relationships with store leadership and associates? We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for influencing Danone products on each store call within your assigned territory. This role includes product merchandising, new item placement, display selling, and territory management. Travel and mileage reimbursements are included.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with technology to collect and report data from store visits using a company-furnished tablet.
• Maintain full distribution and display of products in assigned accounts, including cleaning, stocking, rotating, and pricing merchandise, and performing audits as necessary.
• Consult with management in a timely manner, meet objectives and goals as assigned, and report store-level observations related to client product and customer needs.
• Be the advocate for the client through sales opportunities and shelf work by building relationships with store leadership.

Requirements
• Ability to arrive at different locations in the area and possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive a car for extended periods of time.
• Experience and comfort in utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to interpret instructions and build displays.
• Enjoy being physically active and able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing with others, read, comprehend, and execute documented instructions.
