Job Overview

This role offers the potential for unlimited commission alongside a competitive base salary. Successful individuals can anticipate earnings exceeding $80,000-90,000 in their first year based on performance.

The starting hourly wage is $20, influenced by various factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications.

More details regarding the specific compensation package will be provided during the recruitment process.

OBJECTIVE:
This position is tasked with generating high-quality leads through direct canvassing efforts.

While performing these duties, the canvasser must accurately document information about potential customers and the targeted market area.

Individuals in this role will also qualify for a monthly driving incentive along with variable mileage reimbursement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Actively pursue lead generation through door-to-door outreach in designated territories, creating qualified sales opportunities as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.

Travel independently to assigned areas while consistently representing Renewal by Andersen with professionalism.

Employ the Renewal by Andersen mapping tools and business applications to maintain precise records of interactions and data tracking.

Maintain a courteous and professional appearance, adhering to required uniform standards and municipal regulations. Attend company meetings as necessary. Share insights with the Canvassing Program Manager that could enhance the effectiveness of the canvassing initiatives. Master the methodologies, products, and current promotions offered by Renewal by Andersen. Become a recognized expert in Signature Service.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Minimum age of 21 to qualify for company driving insurance
Reliable transportation for navigating assigned territories
Strong verbal communication abilities
Goal-oriented and self-driven
Able to navigate various platforms on tablets
Physically capable of standing and walking 3 to 5 miles daily

Andersen has established a profit-sharing target of $4,000 for eligible employees, prorated as necessary.
